« Weekend in Dullsville | Main | A Question and General Blabbing »

Seems as though you and your wife handled this unfortunate incident exactly right. George may have just "grown up" a bit more after this.

Good stuff.

Sounds like your son realized he made a minor error in judgement.

The whole incident might have been a blessing in disguise.

It's pretty to think that you are doing well.

But with humans, especially teenagers, it's a total crapshoot. You do your best and hope it's making an impression. But there are no guarantees and it's so easy to make mistakes at this time in life. I certainly made one or two(or twenty). And I'm making them still, while raising my kids.

But thanks for the encouraging words. I know my kids are good kids. After the party last Saturday, everyone I spoke to mentioned how much they liked my kids. The two words most used to describe them were: friendly and respectful. I can live with that.
