« Goin' North | Main | Weekend in Dullsville »

Wow, what a great write up! Thanks:-)

Beautiful shots. What's in the upper left corner of cook_view_5?

A huge rock that hangs over the edge. I had to get down on my knees and peek under the rock right at the edge of the drop off.

I wanted to catch the fading light at the end of the day. Those mountains in the distance are the Sequoias. The shot was taken from Cook Peak which overlooks Lake Isabella and the Kern River valley.

Beautiful, beautiful! I haven't been to the West, unless you count Acapulco, Mexico--and I was only 11.

Think I'll visit "Dullsville" often, Greg!
